Data Information Services can provide you with a sophisticated and yet easy to use stock control system specifically designed for the heating industry.

Normally when implementing stock control, your first task is to set up your product file. With heating spares, this is usually many thousands of items. Our system comes with a product file containing over 150,000 lines of heating spares. We can often import information from other systems, certainly from Sage, so you may not have to set up customers and suppliers either.

Again, with most stock control systems, when prices change you have to sit there and update the price on each and every product. We receive the price changes electronically from the manufacturers, and we download those prices directly in to the stock control system, updating all products with the correct price automatically.

Supplier invoices are matched to the goods you actually received, so you can no longer be over charged, charged twice, or be charged for goods you haven’t had.

The system covers Purchase and Sales Order Processing, Goods Received, Stock Control, Invoicing, Customer Returns, Credit Notes, Returns to Manufacturer/Supplier.

The stock control is seamlessly integrated with our ACCU-Price HS database of heating spares and appliance exploded views.

The software handles all transactions up to and including invoicing. The financial information is then passed to “off the shelf” accounting packages, and integrates totally with Sage Line 50.

All documents and reports are printed to plain A4 sheets via a laser printer, pre-printed paper is no longer required.
